Slop Amplifies

AI-generated specs read as complete. They're well-formatted, thorough-looking, and easy to approve in a five-minute skim — which is exactly the problem. The business rules that actually matter often live only in people's heads, never made it into any doc the model could draw from, and get quietly dropped. Ship on top of that gap and the slop doesn't stay contained; it amplifies downstream, one plausible-looking decision at a time.
