SaaS is dead.

The claim comes around every few months: AI lets anyone build their own tools, so SaaS is finished. What's actually happening is more selective. Thin, single-feature products that were only ever a wrapper around one workflow are genuinely under pressure — AI makes them replaceable. Platforms with real ecosystems, data gravity, and integrations built up over years aren't going anywhere; if anything, they're compounding their lead.
