80% "done"

AI tools are remarkably good at getting a feature to a demo-ready 80% in a fraction of the usual time. The remaining 20% — edge cases, error states, the parts that only show up under real usage — doesn't compress the same way, and teams that mistake the fast 80% for "basically done" tend to find that out in production instead of in review.
